This Batman one is based on a favorite comic panel of mine. A criminal is holding a woman at gunpoint in a building with the cops outside trying to diffuse the situation. As the criminal starts to say ” I swear to god, I’ll blow her head off” the next panel shows the white of Batman’s eyes down a dark hallway. His response is “Not god, Not even close”.
